Event Description:
This course is required to obtain or renew a Lead Safe Remodelers/Renovator license which is necessary for work in all pre-1978 buildings in Rhode Island.  This course covers RRP requirements in Rhode Island and Massachusetts as well as the EPA.  A written exam is given at the end of the course and a passing grade allows attendees to apply for licensing through the Rhode Island Department of Health and the EPA.

Pre-registration and  photo is required for your certificate. Head shot only, similar to a passport photo . Please email it to smccarthy@ribuilders.org  5 days before class to allow for processing. You are not registered until this information has been received.
No admittance without pre-registration/photo 
 
 
RIBA reserves the right to limit number of attendees from a single company 
Must provide proof of employment with member company upon registration for class to be free
RIBA reserves the right to limit the number of participants from one member company. 
 Payment  is due upon registration
 
No credit for no shows

Classes are tuition free for members and their employees with a $40.00 materials/registration fee.
You must provide proof of employment for free tuition.
Non member tuition $110.00 plus $40.00 materials/registration fee.
Lunch is provided.
